"Beautiful room, friendly staff"

"Fantastic common area, friendly staff, useful kitchen amenities, fairly comfortable bed and the blackout curtains helped a lot. People were quiet so I could have a good sleep. Bathroom was large and clean. Location on a side street meant the whole area was quiet but still 10-20 minutes walk from lots of attractions/points of interest. One thing I didn't like was the confusion about double-booking beds/ wrong assignment of beds - but it was sorted easily and everyone was happy in the end."

"The apartment was lovely, clean and well equipped, it is perfect for a family ! the only thing i would suggest is curtains on the patio window would help with the morning sun in the summer if its used as the 3rd bedroom ! "

"The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them."
