"The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We arrived from a cruise at 9 am and were able to access our room on arrival. An extended stay room on the same floor was also arranged for us as our flight wasn’t departing until 10 pm. Both accommodations were very much appreciated."

"Came here for a wedding and decided to stay some days. Unfortunately I was a victim of domestic abuse & was assaulted .The staff was beyond exceptional & moved me into another room and helped me with my belongings. The security team came up to gather a report and make sure I was okay. I did not press charges but was presented the option. I will never forget how attentive and understanding everyone was. I want to thank John who is the angel that answered and sent me help. Joan was also so helpful as this person charged alcohol & food to my account without permission. The hotel kindly removed these charges. I hope to return to this amazing hotel."
