The perfect location. Dead center of city across from the Phil Linnott statue and Bruxelles famous bar. 10 steps off Grafton Street. Small but nice room with appliances suitable for a longer stay. Doorman / Front Desk person very accommodating and pleasant.

The property is seriously lacking some TLC. Very dated and poor finish in general. However, the bed was comfy and everything worked. The food is good and the bar area very pleasant with TV screens for catching up on sports, etc.

"Lovely, lovely place, only complaint I would have is that when you walked into the lobby, nobody acknowledged us, on our initial entrance, one person did and was very helpful, he is the person who checked me in and told me about parking, in fact all three personnel were very kind, but after that…staff ..."

"Did not like the showers. Walkin shower for handicap room had low pressure. Other rooms have very narrow tubs and for older people did not feel safe taking a shower. Hotel staff was great in changing rooms to facilitate and older person."
