The facility was fine, the breakfast buffet was excellent, but it was the customer service that stole the show. We found everyone here to be incredibly helpful, cheerful, and happy to go the extra mile in order to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

I wish the bed didnt take up the whole space but other than that it was great. It was walking distance to everything and that saved us a lot of money. They called a cab for us to the Sants train station because the Freenow app was useless. The bathroom and bedroom had sufficient space and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall it's a nice property. It's not walkable to city center but a lot of metro and bus stations close by. One day the cleaning lady didn't come but after we talked with front desk, they helped change our towels for the day.

La propiedad está ubicada en un barrio tranquilo, seguro, bien ubicado cerca de estación de metro del bus turístico. El hotel por dentro está muy limpio la habitación también y el desayuno bufet es aceptable. Merece la pena cogerlo si estás uno o dos días pero si estáis más al final resulta repetitivo. Tengo q destacar q el servicio de Marlene (hostess q te atiende en el restaurante también es excelente muy profesional muy agradable trato, q ayuda en todo lo q necesitas y muy educada ). Alma en la reception ayudando muchísimo con las entradas de bus turístico y la Sagrada Familia. Ojalá y en los hoteles encontrásemos trabajadores tan magníficos como ellas dos. Muy recomendable el hotel
