“Excellent location and service”
Very helpful staff and the room was superb
“Very good hotel.”
The Europa as a very nice hotel and in a very good location.
“Excellent Hotel”
We found the Europa Hotel to be an excellent place to stay for a weekend visit to Belfast. It is right in the middle of the city and right next to the bus station where the bus from the International Airport stops. The hotel was welcoming and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Belfast and the Europa Hotel was one of the reasons. It is a quality hotel that held in affectionate regard by visitors and locals alike. The staff were friendly and very willing to sort out any problems.
“In the heart of Belfast”
The Europa is conveniently located in city center with most attractions within walking distance. Fine dining, an excellent pub and a piano bar are all on the premises. Afternoon tea or even better, an Irish coffee at the piano bar, overlooking Great Victoria Street, was an unexpected treat. The concierge was most helpful and requests were handled politely and professionally. Valet parking is available at a very reasonable charge. The rooms were on the small side, with baths being a more adequate size. This was a small trade off when you consider the other amenities of staying at the Europa.
“Great Location in Town”
I really enjoyed my stay here, for two days on a business trip. The location is great, right in the centre of Belfast, and right opposite the Crown. My executive room was large and very clean, and the history of the hotel is very interesting.
“Wonderful stay at Europa Belfast”
This proved to be an ideal choice for a woman travelling alone for personal business in Belfast. The reception and housekeeping staff were so very friendly and helpful and I was given an upgrade. I have often stayed at the Hilton, but Europa is slightly better situated and the beds are, as others report, wonderfully comfortable. The hotel was so quiet at night too. Not being a big breakfast eater, I walked up to Donegall St each morning and had an amazingly good value breakfast in Marks & Spencer's 2nd floor cafe. I often dine at Bourbon, right opposite the Europa, as they do a great value pre theatre supper menu (2 courses for £12 before 7.30) and again, it has a safe and comfortable atmosphere for a lone woman diner. The crackling fireside lounge in the hotel foyer was a nice place to meet up with a friend also. Seeing the beautiful City Hall at night, all illuminated, was a thrill. Open top city bus tour from Castle Place is highly recommended (the onboard tour guides are great 'craicsters'). Belfast people are so friendly, helpful and witty. All in all it was an experience I am keen to repeat.
“Great hotel to stay at”
We have stayed at the Europa a couple of times now while in Belfast and it's always been a good place to be. The hotel is always clean and very busy because of its popularity. It is central to everywhere you want to visit in the town center. The staff are always polite and helpful.
“Ideal Location in the City”
I often visit Belfast on business and have stopped at the Europa on several occasions. I find the rooms are modern and comfortable and I believe most of them have recently been refurbished. The staff are always helpful and friendly, plus the location is right in the heart of the city with many restaurants and pubs in walking distance.
“centrally located, helpful staff.”

“Very impressed”
