Clean, speaking in English, good breakfast, real queen bed ( not like in other hotels joint 2 beds called queen bed; in contrast this hotel presents the queen bed indeed)

The hotel is busy yet comfortably cosy. The room was modern, quiet, clean and very comfortable. The staff at this hotel should be congratulated for their constant welcoming attention to visitors and nothing is too much. Situated near the U6, and trams, making it accessible to all lines in Berlin

I had a room on the 7th floor. It was quiet for sleeping. Located close to Berlin central train station. They were renovating the hallways so that did not look good at the time I was there. Wish the TV had apps like YouTube. There was several English news channels though. Like BBC, France 24, and DW English. The bathroom was nice. The rooms should have a safe in it though.

Great deal for a great location
This hotel had everything we needed for 4 days in Berlin. Proximity to the metro, tram, and the central station make it an amazing location and place to stay.

Nice size room with plenty of space in bathroom and to get around room. View of back of museum next door which wasn't bad. No fridge so can't have left over food. Great location right next to a couple of museums and about a 10 min walk to the main bus and train station in Berlin. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby with a restaurant on site (only tried it for breakfast which had a good variety). There's a bar downstairs and the staff was professional and helpful in providing recommendations. Very quiet at night and early morning. Took the tram at 0530 with very few people around and felt safe.

Overall I had a nice experience. I don’t want to generalize, and some of the staffers went above and beyond to be friendly. But the day I checked in, the person at the reception kept insisting that she couldn’t find my reservation. She made me wait almost half an hour— only to tell me that breakfast wouldn’t be included. I showed her my receipt which said “included amenities: free breakfast,” and her response was, “ok, but what does the word ‘amenities’ mean?” It certainly didn’t help that she looked frustrated, like it was my fault or something. It’s really a shame that check-in was so awful. The hotel room itself was nice, and the breakfast was superb.

Convenient for walking to most places of interest, & Ber,in Central station. Bed was comfortable and room quiet. However shower cubical can do with a better scrub! Check in & out was fast, staffs friendly & efficient.

The whole hotel was very clean as was our room. In an excellent location close to the main station but still quiet through the night. Close to all modes of transport to get to places both in Berlin and around

It is in a good location and we booked a garden room which was nice and quiet. Good air con (quiet / effective) in the room we used. We hired hotel bikes which were satisfactory. Some have 7 gears, some 21. Could do with a service and some oil. Staff helped us pump up the tires. Some nice places in neighbourhood to eat breakfast / lunch (Buoni) and dinner (pizza place W on nearby junction where trams turn, 84 a block away - excellent Vietnamese food). Nice walk to Reichstag / river area.
