Overall I had a nice experience. I don’t want to generalize, and some of the staffers went above and beyond to be friendly. But the day I checked in, the person at the reception kept insisting that she couldn’t find my reservation. She made me wait almost half an hour— only to tell me that breakfast wouldn’t be included. I showed her my receipt which said “included amenities: free breakfast,” and her response was, “ok, but what does the word ‘amenities’ mean?” It certainly didn’t help that she looked frustrated, like it was my fault or something. It’s really a shame that check-in was so awful. The hotel room itself was nice, and the breakfast was superb.
