From my experience the hotel is clean quiet, the staff were friendly, professional, helpful. The hotel has a gym, sauna ,steam room and a pool all well maintained, but the shower was freezing and the option to turn up the temperature didn’t work. I found it too cold after coming out a hot sauna or steam room and from my observation other people using the facilities also found shower too cold. The hotel is 5 minutes walk away a large library, The Rep threatre and restaurants. There is easy access to public transport i.e. trams and buses. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Hyatt for one night due to a theatre visit and also had afternoon tea. Would recommend this hotel for location, food , friendliness and staff . Would definitely stay again
