Top Brussels Hotel Reviews

ibis Brussels off Grand Place
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to all the tourist sites. But it was still quiet at night. We had the triple room but there were only two of us. There was not much room to move around. We’d still stay here again though because of the great location."

"Check-in machine broken. Hallway carpets hadn't seen a vacuum for quite some time. Old thermostat impossible to regulate either freezing or off. Not a fan of these low contact hotels. Will not stay again"

B&B HOTEL Brussels Airport

"Friendly atmosphere, clean, lots of tables & chairs to chat & eat on ground floor. Very helpful staff. 3 min walk from Diegem station. At checkout Jun 9, a gentlemen at concierge & maintenance gent helped me break the manual padlock on my luggage as I misplaced the key. They did the extra mile without much fuss to help me with my unusual problem. Very much appreciated!"

"Room clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to many attractions. I would like to express my gratitude to David the concierge, after check out i asked him to book a taxi to Brussels-Midi station, but he informed me that due to a demonstration, traffic was so bad i probably would not make my train back to the UK. So he he carried my bags at least 500 metres to Brussels Central and put me on the correct platform to catch a train to Brussels-Midi. i arrived in plenty of time to catch my train."

"So the check process was easy and room was clean enough. They have a policy thaht they sould clean the room only if you book your stay for at least 5 days of minimum which I wasnt told until I realised the room wasnt cleabed for next day and there were no clean towels . Anyways I called the receptionist and he made me understand about policy and got fresh towels . The most horrible thing was tje shuttle . I swear to God we were very near to missing the flight . We were told that shuttle would arrive beside the building and I made sure I asked at least 3 to 4 times confirming if they are sure and they were like yes 100% sure but the shuttle did not arrive and when asked they said sorry we are not responsible for the shuttle and I was like why do you have a big slogan in your booking system that says includes airport shuttle. We had to book cab and at that time of the daybthe cabs were cancelling and we were very worried of missing the flight . Anyways after 30min one the cab agreed to pick us up near hotel and got on time . That was a horrible part of the hotel . They have good and this is how they care of their guests . I was completly shattered."

"When I arrived at the hotel, I had cash concealed inside a driver's license holder that was stored within my luggage. The luggage remained in my room throughout my stay. To the best of my knowledge, no one other than authorized hotel personnel had access to the room during the relevant period. In particular, housekeeping staff entered the room on at least two occasions. After discovering that €1,000 was missing, I immediately notified the front desk and hotel security. Although I was informed that an internal investigation was conducted, the investigation appears to have been ineffective and inconclusive. Furthermore, I have not received any formal written report, findings, or explanation regarding the outcome of that investigation. I subsequently discussed this matter with Mr Michael Buurmeijer, and made it clear that I disagree with the conclusions reached thus far and believe that a more thorough investigation is necessary. Given the circumstances, I consider the matter serious and unresolved. Under Belgian law, hotels have a duty of care toward guests and may be held liable where guest property is lost, damaged, or stolen under circumstances involving hotel personnel, negligence, or inadequate security measures. At a minimum, I am entitled to a transparent explanation of the steps taken by the hotel in investigating this incident. I am also concerned that I was not offered assistance in filing a police report at the time the matter was reported"
