I liked how accommodating the staff was, always there if we needed anything. Only negative thing about our stay was the bed, it was very hard, and the AC in the room wasn’t the best. Other than those two things everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had the most magical time! Our butler was truly a blessing. He was very helpful in making our reservations and reserving our Bali bed for us. He also left me a wonderful birthday surprise. We were so sad to leave. The wait staff were kind, helpful, attentive, and all around wonderful servers. My only complaint is that the water did not get hot in the shower.

This resort was horrible. Food was terrible, amenities were horrible, no activities, they are under renovation so 2 restaurants and 2 bars were closed. Our third consecutive year here was great! Staff are very friendly, helpful and engaging. Rooms are clean, pools are very clean and the beach is beautiful. The dinner buffet couldn’t some work, but otherwise a great way to spend a relaxing week.

The beach was beautiful a little bit of sargasso. The hotel is nice but the food was not good at all, and most of the employees were nice but one of the bartenders was rude really bad customer service.
