"The check in process was not good. Had to stand in line to use a kiosk and it would not scan my ID then had to wait for the customer service representative to. One help me anyway. The shower handle was loose and felt like it would come off. The room was on the 4th floor and there was a lot of traffic noise at night, so it was hard to sleep and the window would not close fully"
