"I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. For the entire duration of our stay, there was no hot water available in either of our rooms. As a result, my children and the rest of my family were unable to take a proper shower for two consecutive days. This created a major inconvenience and significantly impacted what should have been a comfortable stay. When I approached the front desk to report the issue, the two staff members on duty showed absolutely no concern or empathy. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience or offering any reassurance, they simply stated that "someone is working on it" in a dismissive and rude tone. There was no acknowledgment of how disruptive this situation was for paying guests. What made matters even worse was witnessing several other guests come to the front desk with the exact same complaint. The response they received was equally unprofessional. The front desk staff bluntly told them there was nothing they could do about the lack of hot water. They further stated that checkout time had already arrived and that guests would not be permitted to return to their rooms to verify whether the hot water had been restored unless they paid to book an additional night. The complete lack of hot water for two days was unacceptable, but the indifferent, rude, and unapologetic attitude displayed by the front desk staff was even more troubling. "When we arrived staff were courteous and explained everything that we needed to know and explained that there was a film set in hotel with shooting ongoing always answered any query we had wether it was during the day or even late in evening/early morning security staff as well were excellent as someone who doesn’t sleep much they provided chat no matter what time of day or night . One downside was no breakfast in this hotel although informed we could go to sister hotel around the corner I felt that it would have been better with breakfast being available"

"Reserved accessible room— said they didn’t have one- we had 3 people and 1 in a motorized wheelchair and quadrapalegic- after an hour- they finally found one- overcharge us for room because printer was broken and couldn’t give us a receipt and told us it would be mailed. I am on a cruise now and can’t handle the problem until I get home"

And finally, the guests next to us were screaming at each other for over 30 minutes. I called twice, and was told someone would come up. They never did. The bar and restaurant downstairs was pretty nice. The room was pretty bad. I do not recommend."

Instead, they are open with a lot of disruption in simple things like room numbers hard to find/see to more annoying things like shower door falling off track and having hair conditioner with no shampoo or body wash. Lobby was completely in shambles with a front register on a portable table and agent checking me in with her toddler running around her. I was informed by email the restaurant was closed and the free breakfast lure was gone. Also, no mention that parking cost $30 for the night. What was supposed to be an affordable and comfortable stay turned out to be neither."
