From the minute we walked into the foyer, the staff were overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. It was extremely comfortable and overall a wonderful place to stay. The location was superb and we felt very safe. As I was travelling with my 15 year old daughter feeling well looked after was paramount. My daughter was in awe of your hotel and I am sure we will be staying at the Four Seasons again!

Great hotel in a great location 5 min walk to the Harbour. Close to the city for shopping and train station is only a 10 min walk away!!

The four-night stay at the Victoria is more than expectations. The location of the hotel is very convenient, a stone away from everything and it is quiet at night. The room is very comfortable. The hotel also offers free access the gym. Will definitely be my choice for next trip in Melbourne and would recommend to everyone - couples, students etc.

Being a travellodge my expectations were such that it was a basic hotel but fine for what we needed. The location was amazing- so many bars and restaurants along the southbank and only 5 minutes walk to Federation Square. The room was very spacious and clean and the small kitchenette was an added bonus

Great central location with tram stop just outside. Left our luggage all day when we arrived and left, no problem. Internet wasn't good reception from 21 level. Great downstairs though, plus printing.

It was a awesome place to stay so comfortable and the staff were all awesome so helpful and friendly. I will definatly be back

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, and a beautiful city. The terrace was lovely to sit on at night and have a wind down with my partner, though we only discovered this area after asking where to smoke, do make sure you don't miss out level 7 :) Also was a bit nervous about staying somewhere so nice but we were welcomed in a formal and nonjudgmental way, which was refreshing. 'The grill' restaurant downstairs is delicious too
