The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was large with a double sink vanity & the shower had both a rain head & hand-held shower heads. We loved the little kitchenette and the absolute best part were the amazing views & gorgeous sunsets! However what was disappointing was the customer service and treatment we received from Caitlin at the front desk. On two occasions Caitlin was rude and lacked professionalism. When we discussed the situation with the manager and informed her of what happened and how rude Caitlin was, the response we received was lack lustre.
