November Trip
We were on our way home from 8 days in Ireland and North Ireland and needed to find a hotel with easy access to Dublin airport - and have a car park and be within walking distance of several restaurants. This hotel met our needs nicely. .

Clean, new hotel with good service to Dub airport
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are large and bright, and their is a shuttle which takes less than 15 minutes to get to the airport and cost 1 euro per person. There is also transit service to downtown Dublin available. The restaurant, although it doesn't have a lot of atmosphere, provided an excellent meal with very good service. I would stay there again. The only problems we encountered was the deadbolt to the room didn't close so I had to put a chair in front of the door and there was only scalding hot water in the bathroom.

One night only!
I spent one night at the hotel as my flight home was very early in the morning!! Staying here made it very convienient as it was so close to the airport!! The staff was courteous and very helpful!!! Thank you M.Coady

Good hotel5 minutes from airport. Wonderful front desk staff. the major issue was the poor internet service which was supposed to be free but you had to pay for and then, did not work well in room. You had a better chance of reception in the lobby.

stayed at this venue to attend a dog show locally.
I FIND THE HOTEL IS WELL SITUATED TO ALLOW ME TO ATTEND THE SHOW CENTRE. I HAVE EATEN IN THE HOTEL AND IT WAS FINE. THIS TIME I FOUND THE BEDS TO BE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND I ACTUALLY HAD A SORE BACK FOR MOST OF THE DAY.

Just one thing
The phone in the room was only good for room to room calls. I had local phone calls to make to family and had to ask to use the phone at front desk. Not convenient and not private. There was no public phone in the lobby either.

Great hotel close to airport
This was our stopping point as we had an early morning flight out of Dublin the next morning. I have no complaints about the hotel... very comfortable, inviting, and very convenient to the airport. Dinner in the restaurant was great as well.

Last night before leaving Ireland. hotel close to airport & within walking distance of shopping (although did not). Appreciated the airport shuttle. Bar/lounge very noisy, service a little slow. Meal was offered in dining room in which we did not partake.

wonderful hotel will stay here again
Rooms where beautiful beds so comfortable and the bathroom was so clean,all in all a wonderful 2 night stay and the price from expedia was amazing compared to the price they where charging when we arrived in Swords

Overall a good stay here. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room, but at least it was clean. Also, Free WiFi is only 30 minutes in your room, free if you are in the lobby, but they charge you 3 euros to use the computer for 1 hour.

Good place - BUT!
After a month in Ireland at some of the most out of the way B and Bs and self catering places, the Premier Hotel is the very first place that does not provide free WiFi. Well okay, they give 30 minutes but not 30 minutes of cumulative use just 30 minutes from your first login. No matter what else they offer we would not recommend the location with that very poor attitude of customer service so far behind even little places in Donegal County.

I have stayed at this hotel before. I am very happy with all of the experience. I plan to use this hotel in the future every time I go back to Ireland. Staff us helpful and always there to answer questions. Excellent place.......

Convenient and pleasant
Pleasant stay close to airport. Shuttle bus ran to airport for 1 euro per person, but dropped at bus lot - so you had to walk to terminal - just allow for that time. Clean room, comfortable beds. Hotel staff was friendly. Starbucks, TGI Fridays and another local "bar food" type of restaurants within walking distance if choose not to eat at hotel.

Positive experience at Premier Inn
We only were at the Premier Inn Dublin Airport overnight. We had flown from Exeter, England to Dublin and then on to Chicago the next morning. It only took a few minutes for our taxi ride to the hotel. The room was very large, comfortable and clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable, making for good sleeping. It seemed to us that updates had been done not too long ago. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Very comfortable room, nice and spacious and clean. Very close to terminal with a quick ride on a shuttle bus for €1. Had a very nice meal in restaurant served by very friendly polite girls. Did have a problem with phone not working but staff were helpful and knocked on the door in the morning for wake up.

Great Dublin Airport Location
The Premier Hotel is a beautiful hotel! Great location, close to the airport! Very clean and modern! They did advertise free airport shuttle to and from the airport which is not right. You do have to pay 1 Euro each way for the shuttle which is no big deal, however don't advertise free if you have to pay when boarding the shuttle! Also the shuttle drops you off in a car park and you have to walk to the terminal! I really think they could drop off passengers at the various terminals, after all, there's only 2 terminals and they are next to each other!

Good airport hotel
One night stay to allow us to catch an early flight. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Did the trick for us. Our wake up call was a bit earlier than we had asked for, which, when travelling does make a difference as every minute of sleep is needed. But overall, good experience.

Hotel Premier inn Dublin Airport
I stayed at this hotel for 19 days. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were very proficient. The hotel does not supply any toiletries such as shampoo, bars of soap or body lotion. I had to buy my own. This has been the only hotel that I have stayed in that does not do so. They did have liquid soap but the dispenser did not work. Hotel is too far from the City Centre. I wasted two hours every day coming and going on the Dublin Bus. The restaurant in the hotel was clean and the food was excellent. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very kurt and for most parts were unfriendly. When I bid them a "Good Mourning" they would look at you as if you were stupid. Hardly ever did you see them smile with the exception of two people. Many of the male persons didn't, even take the time to shave or look presentable. The hotel only supplied 30 minutes free wifi each day. Over that time you had to pay for it. Another first. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very convenient to the airport and to the bus into Dublin. Also shopping area and restaurants. Only complaint is no electrical outlet in the bathroom except for shaver, and needed better lighting near the mirror with the outlet in the bedroom. Very pleasant and helpful reception. Premier bus had frequent times between hotel and airport. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay but needs a few upgrades
This was my third time at the Premier Inn and is was nice. Nothing has changed to much . The staff are friendly and polite and the food was good i ate in the restaurant one night with a friend and it was fine. The Bar Staff are very good at there job and always there to help . The sinks in the bathrooms need a little maintenance and the carpets need a good cleaning maybe updated and again the Wifi is not free its 10euros for the week . I would not mind paying for it if the speed was up to the standards of other Hotels . The Beds are great and i always have a very nice sleep there. The ladies and gents who clean the rooms are very helpful and always polite. Overall i like the hotel and will use it again when i come to Dublin

Convenient location & excellent service
Just back to Canada from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Staff were great - from giving us our 2 rooms at 8am after an overnight flight to printing out our boarding passes for our trip back home. Hotel was very nicely decorated, rooms were spacious, breakfast was excellent and good value for money. Only downside - called reception 2 nights in a row to order pizza from the restaurant only to be told there was none left. However there is a very nice pizza place literally next door with good deals and delivery service. Decent bar area with pool table available. There is a huge nightclub next door to the hotel which attracts hundreds of teens Fri/Sat night however the hotel puts on security and they have an excellent and well managed system - but if your room is at the front make sure you close your window on those nights - listening to a gang of drunk teens at 3am is not appealing! The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes to the airport where you can catch an express bus into Dublin and is very convenient. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dublin.

THE choice for a hotel near the Dublin Airport
We stay here each time we arrive and leave Dublin for our golfing trips. If booked online with the hotel's website, room rates can be as low as 39 euro. Not bad. Shuttle bus to and from the airport. Clean rooms. Helpful front desk staff.

The room we got at Premier Inn was nice and clean. It's very far away from City Center, so I wouldn't stay here if you want to see downtown Dublin. If you want a place close to the airport it's great. I was disappointed by Internet service at the hotel. The "free" internet that is offered in the lobby was actually just 30 minutes of free internet and was so slow you really couldn't do anything. There was a charge for the continental breakfast. The food was ok. All in all, I would probably not stay at this hotel again

The staff helped us book outside tours, the breakfast was great. The in hotel restaurant was wonderful also. Our flight arrived early and they let us check in early for no fee also. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Perfect stay near Airport
Premier Inn exceeded our expectations, as the room was quite large and very clean, the staff eager to assist, and the breakfast, which was purchased extra, a larger than usual buffet. I would definitely stay there again overnight or even a couple of nights. There is a bus close by to take you to a Dublin City Centre, and another which, for 1 Euro, is a shuttle to and/or from the airport.

My only problem is that there were no electrical outlets near the bed. I have to use a breathing machine,(CPAP) but could not use it. I needed a long extension cord.. Perhaps if I had asked I could have had an extension cord, but I was only staying one night and had to be up at 5am for an early flight..

The premier inn is very handy for the airport. It has a bus to take you there for your flight.. The day I stayed the only problem was a power outage resulting in no shower in the morning but it wasn't the hotels fault.

Great hotel convenient for airport.
Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful and it was very convenient for the airport with a shuttle bus to and from every half an hour. The breakfasts were excellent with a very varied choice of continental and cooked foods serve yourself style.

Excellent stay as ever
We have stayed in premier inn hotels on a few occasions and have always found them to be excellent value for money, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Just the smallest of grumbles is the wifi, the 30 minutes free time could do with being extended to perhaps an hour as the signal isn't always brilliant and you can soon lose your 30 minutes with the slow operation. This however is a small grumble in what is a very pleasant experience.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was not included with our room. But it was a nice one for only e10.8. All u can eat. Dinner was very reasonably priced.
