“Holiday Inn Express Ocean Terminal Edinburgh”
Ideal base for staying in Edinburgh with buses available at the hotel to any part of the city and very close to the Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre as well as top class restaurants.

on arrival we were met with helpful and friendly staff, room was fresh and clean, enjoyable stay all round, breakfast arrangment could be better.

the hotel was in a very pretty area in Edinburgh, great little shopping centre nearby and near royal yacht Brittania. a way out of the town centre but plenty of busses in i believe.
“Off the beaten track”
Loved this hotel. It's a little off the beaten track; at the dockyards at Leith outside of Edinburgh, but a very nice hotel. Very clean, large room, for Europe. Great breakfast. Close to buses. Across from a mall and the Royal Yacht Brittania. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I would give this hotel a higher star rating and highly recommend.

Great stay in Edinburgh.Hotel staff were most helpful and responsive. Added value whenever a question was asked, e.g.. allowed us to leave car at hotel while sightseeing.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast spead was more than adequate. I would certainly stay there again and would reccomend it to my friends and family.
“Perfect for an affordable hogmanay hotel”
Stayed here for Hogmanay. Great hotel and good-value given the time of year. Friendly and helpful staff, decent-sized and comfy rooms, and right on easy bus routes into the city centre. Also close to some great bars and restaurants.

The staff was remarkable....Charlene and monika most especially...:.if we are ever in Edinburgh again we will definitely stay.... Also the rooms with sofa bed are quite large, more than enough room for a family of 5.
“Good hotel”
Stayed at this hotel several times before. Good location (Leith) with ample parking. Beds could do with renewing, but everything else is fine. Quick checkin and out. Friendly, helpful staff. Decor renewed last year. Very clean. Good value for money when we stayed, but price varies depending on demand. Beakfast included and is ok with small cooked selection (sausage, egg and beans) and other continental self service.
