"We secured two apartments (Superior Family Apartment with Balcony) from Elisabeth Downtown Apartments by First Host. The first apartment was fully renovated, bright, clean and depicted as in the photos. Unfortunately, our 2nd apartment was Nothing like the photos. Although it was comfortable, clean and had some renovations done to the kitchen & bedroom (great closet organizer) - it was literally 1/2 size of our first apartment and the bathroom was dated. This was communicated to the management during our stay & front agent - after our stay. No apology or compensation was offered by First Host.
The reply from Management essentially stated that they have apartments of different sizes and layouts within the same category and can vary. Let me clarify - these two apartments were completely different - The decor was bright, new and "airy", 2 balconies vs. 1 balcony with dated chair, kitchen table vs. no kitchen table, large washer/dryer combo vs. small washing machines etc. May I ask why photos of My accommodations are not portrayed on their site?
