The hotel itself is a wonderful property. The pool is excellent, it is very close to Duval street, and the hospitality was wonderful.
But, let me tell you - Their billing and customer service are by far the worst I have ever worked with.
Working with Hotels.com, My stay was supposed to be in the ballpark of 300.00/day, after all of the applicable taxes and resort fees. Hotels.com billed me for a "deposit" of 300.00 about a month before my arrival. Upon arriving at the hotel, They immediately deducted me for 900.00 for the difference of 600.00 plus a "security deposit". A day or so later, I was immediately hit with an additional 900.00 charge that they will not release.
I have spoken with the hotel, IHG corporate, a "manager" with the property, and hotels.com. At this point, it is like seeing a spider-man meme; everyone is pointing fingers at each other and sending me through beauocracy while I am stranded in Key West, hoping to get home and check my bags because I have 1600.00 outstanding on my card that No One is capable of explaining to me.
This is an amazing property, but their lack of any ability to resolve a situation makes it impossible for me to ever want to associate myself with an IHG hotel ever again.
If you want your vacation ruined, this is a great place to stay. If you are looking to have the amazing time you deserve in paradise, I would recommend going elsewhere
