The hotel was built only in 2018 and the facilities are constantly kept in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. In a quiet part of town easily walkable into the main attractions and close to a bus and a tram stop, a perfect sanctuary to rest at night time. All of the staff are so kind and polite, especially Francois who looked after us very well at breakfast time. "We had a stop over in Florence and truly enjoyed our stay! From start to finish the staff was extremely helpful and the room was exceptionally bigger than we anticipated. Location was perfect! The hotel was close to all the major sights. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Pros: great location and beautiful rooftop Cons: The rooms were sub-par and had many issues. Our first room didn’t have working air conditioning and the “upgrade” they gave us barely worked.
