A top class 5star hotel right in the centre of the old town. The hotel had everything you’d expect of a luxurious facility. Of special note is the hotels spa. Stunning in the old basement of the building. First class.

This is a luxury hotel with an attention to detail. The rooms as lovely and the bathroom amenities are excellent. The spa area is also a real treat and we used the pools, sauna and salt room every day. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again. Krakow is also a gorgeous city.

Fabulous hotel, great location, very atmospheric, historic and new elements blend well, a great room, very clean, comfy bed, rooftop bar, great cellar pool and sauna. What more could you want? Definitely recommend,and will be back!

Great location that is very quiet despite being in the center of a noisy tourist destination. Great design, delicious food, superb customer service. The staff helped us book a babysitter in advance, sitter was fantastically prepared - brought activities themed around Crocow. No issue extending our checkout when we needed it.

Stayed many times in this hotel sand loved it. One of the best hotels in the city. Very nice pool and rooms are modern as well as stylish, making a good feel and the name "old" is appropriate.

perfect spot, right off the main square. Liked the layout, quiet room which was a nice size (got a suite). Pool, sauna spa were fantastic, loved the decor. Bar and restaurant were top notch. Highly recommend.

A superb hotel, quiet relaxed and kind of cool! The staff are superb and can’t do enough for you, the food is sublime and the whole place is immaculate. The leisure is fantastic too! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Pleasant stay next to market square
Best lovation in Krakow , right off market square. Fantastic breakfast, although pricy it was worth it. Relaxing and charming underfround pool.

There was no wifi, at night one of the receptionist was kind of offensive and asked me for my ID and if for sure I live there (I had my card but was not enough) maybe I don’t look at his standards, the New Years done one option set menu for 200 euro . Rooms are bit cold

Location - brilliant Spa and pool - great Bathroom - also great Room - fine, air con was irritating but fine. The big issue was the noise due to a party on both Friday and Saturday nights. When I called reception at 02.30 on Saturday morning I was told ‘hopefully the party will end soon.’ Our stay Monday - Thursday was very good, but the noise did spoil our stay.

Select this boutique hotel in Krakow’s beautiful city centre for a bit of luxury. Upon arrival advised sky bar closed, rendering opportunity for cocktails overlooking main square gone on the Thursday night due to a wedding (not end of the world), but Friday comes bars and restaurants closed for another wedding and ridiculous loud party carries onto past 4am, we moved from second to fourth floor room to escape, walking through wedding disco in dressing gowns at 02:00 (degrading). Upon departure reception maintained a radio silence ignore situation approach, so disappointing. Worst hotel stay in my 46 years, please hotel stary go back to being a boutique hotel and stop trying to make a quick buck on inappropriate village style weddings. Zero star experience.
