Staff were friendly and accommodating. Felt that they understood if I had a problem and sorted it straight away. Definitely rec staying here again as it wasn’t far from the airport and shuttle buses ran every half an hour.

There was a lot of dust under the bed but apart from that no complaints. Bed was made up daily and clean towels. Staff were all friendly and helpful with anything we needed

Lovely place for the price and the shuttle bus to the airport is a nice touch, clean rooms and helpful staff too

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is large and clean, the food is very nice. The hotel is housing a large number of asylum seekers who are kept seperate from the hotel population, it was sad to see this but there were no security issues at all, just nice people trying to make a better life for themselves. The staff try to keep this quiet (I assume they have been told to do so).

Property has security guards on line with its apparent dual purpose as a hotel and a hostel for people requiring said facility. Most disappointing we weren’t informed of this.
