The good: location is excellent, the staff are helpful The bad: the bed is absolutely terrible, the pillows are low quality, the shower leaks easily (like others have mentioned). This place can be special if Ownership invests in it because it's in a central location. That said, I would be embarassed to bring a significant other or my family here. Ownership - DO BETTER!

You won't find a better deal in Lisbon
The location is great and the breakfast was very good. Subway stop is close and you can walk everywhere. You won't find a better deal in Lisbon.

Good location. Hotel is old and in dire needs of tear down. Corridors carpets are dirty. My room's bed was terrible, mattress is finished, pillows are the worst, but sheets and cleaning service was okay. In fact I do not remember a worst experience in my 30 years plus of traveling. Adjoining room was two guys welcoming prostitutes one after another. Terrible and one can hear everyting.

Nice hotel and location
All was fine. Good breakfast, nice location, helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. You needed to step into the shower to close the door to the bathroom. And, though I tried hard not to get the floor wet while showering, it was not possible. Plus, there was a small doorstop in the floor to make sure the door didn't hit the glass shower stall. It was right where you would step to sit down on the toilet. I stepped on it at night in the dark and it didn't feel good.

The hotel is simple but at a very convenient location within walking distance to downtown area and shopping mall. The staff are very friendly with 24/7 front desk service. The breakfast is great and abundant with choices of fresh fruits. The only drawback is the aging property and no ventilation in bathroom.

Hot room despite air conditioning,stayed very hot and uncomfortable,no chair to sit in only a small stool, in order to read emails and go on the net I went down to the lobby so I could actuall sit on a hair without hurting my back,the bathroom had mold and mildew all over, toilets paper roll holder is loose making the roll fall of, dirty tile with sticky yellow substance, only 2 clothes hanger in closet,my clothes were layed over bed and desk, so I put the no disturb sign on door for the 3 days I was there and made up my own bed and reused the towels

The staff was super friendly in the rooms were tidy and clean. There was a slight sewage smell in the hallways but I think that's because they were working on it. And it wasn't repulsive enough for me to want to complain or get another place to stay.

Great location to restaurants metro buses and hop on hop off buses. Staff very helpful. Breakast very good and substantial. Only 15 mins from the train station

Manglende møbler
Havde specifikt bestilt et værelse med balkon. Men der var ingen møbler på balkonen og heller ingen ting at sidde på på værelset. Kun sengen. Det var skuffende, så var balkonen jo lige gyldig. Ellers et udemærket værelse. Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt dog. Gode transportmuligheder til centrum af Lissabon.
