Excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza - really friendly and attentive staff, great location for getting around Liverpool. Would recommend and stay again.

Had no running pressure in the bathroom with water for showering and barfing air-conditioning, making bad noise all night reported this to reception and was told they’re going to look into it but had no maintenance to look into it when reported next morning mentioned it and the same lady spoke to yesterday, wasn’t there

Clean spacious rooms right on the waterfront. 10 min walk along the waterfront to museums & historic buildings. 5 min walk to city centre with more historic buildings and many restaurants. Fantastic gym: high quality cardio machines and weigh rack, large warm pool. Deducting one star because the in-room coffee is horrid instant and there’s no coffee machine in the lobby or coffee shop nearby.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Value for money. convenient to everything in Liverpool. Lovely staff. Room clean with lots of extras. I would recommend this hotel.

TV equipment are hold No smart TV and poor internet connection check-in at 3 pm a bit late. You can get a late check out by sign-in to IHG however staff not inform you about it. Only get information about breakfast, no information about pool or gym.

Fantastic
Stayed for 3 nights for my daughter’s 10th birthday. We went swimming every day and she loved this. Restaurant food was decent. Parking was £54 for the duration. I found this a bit expensive. Lovely staff. The 24hr room service menu was limited but ideal for a midnight snack & considering the birthday girl only wanted skin on fries and a choc brownie it was perfect for her. Immaculate place. Deffo recommend. WiFi is the best I’ve ever used. My daughter’s favourite place so far. Will return for sure x

Highly recommend
Stayed here as a family for my husbands 60th. We had a fantastic time and the staff did everything to make sure all was fabulous. Love this hotel and we will definitely stay here whenever we visit Liverpool again. Thank you to all the team.

I found the room fine and good in terms of cleanliness but the pool area and changing rooms aren’t always clean

Enjoyable stay. We'll see you all again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the ac in our room as it was uncomfortably warm and kept blowing warm air, a lovely lady helped us by loaning us a fan and asking maintenace to have a look at it. They were very speedy and was promptly repaired. We can't wait till our next visit. The whole place was very relaxing and had a plesant atmosphere. We'll hopefully be bringing friends on our next visit.

Great location for a night out
The hotel itself was in a great location. We had tickets for a show at the M+S arena and food at a local restaurant. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Good for couples and friend groups. The staff were lovely, everywhere was clean and the breakfast was nice. The room was a little noisy at times. We could hear other guests. We didn't use the gym and pool so can't comment on them. I would stay there again.

Very good hotel & location
Overall the stay was very good. Only issue was the heating wasn’t working in our room. This did get resolved the next day (as it was full) as they moved our room & at check out they refunded our car parking.

Lovely hotel, excellent location. Only face this a four star rating due to having to book a slot for the pool.
