The room was very clean and provided all the necessary amenities. In our room there was both a shower and a tub (separate) which was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to London Tower and many other attractions - all within walking distance.

The hotel was in a great location, it was very clean and great bathroom but the only disappointment was the coffee. There was no Nespresso machine but just instant coffee. The hotel was very helpful .

Great location! easy access to restaurants, buses and subway and to some attractions. The staff are friendly but only one thing that was not perfect-I emailed the hotel on the day that I checked out for something I might left in my room but never got reply from the hotel.
