My wife and I stayed a night while going to a play in the West End. The hotel was excellent. A very convenient location, very nicely decorated both in the public areas, and the rooms. Friendly and helpful service. Our room overlooked Victoria Station and was very quiet, and very comfortable. Free snacks and soft drinks in the room was a nice touch too. Would definitely stay there again.
I marked down the area around the hotel only because it is, what it is. It’s next to a busy railway station, and as such, people should keep their wits about them. As we left the hotel to head to the station, a lady ran screaming after a man on a bike who had just stolen her phone. It can happen anywhere, but it’s more likely in busy areas like that. Ironic when across the road are some of the most expensive properties in the country, and you can see the back wall of Buckingham Palace gardens in the distance.
