The location was hard to find as it doesn’t resemble a hotel from the outside. My uber driver even came into the property lobby to make sure it was the correct place before leaving. The security guard advised that the hotel lobby was located on the 12th floor. I went up to the 12th floor and checked in at the front desk. They stood there while guests were filling their plastic water bottles with the lemon water and putting the top of the bottle where their mouth was on the tap and did nothing.
