Bless hotel is one of the better hotels in Barrio de Salamanca (the best area in madrid). It’s definitely worth the price, has a great lobby and delicious food

Beautiful hotel and room but not sure about staff and maintenance. Front desk staff are great. Housekeeping are not. Woke me up twice and were pushy. Worst part is my wall was making a strange and nonstop sound. Told the hotel about it on day one and no fix or explanation provided. Other than that the room was beautifully designed.

Great location, very large rooms, in fact did not need 2 rooms for a family since a deluxe room has a king size bed and a full size bed pull out. I had booked 2 rooms but only needed one due to this reason, but they were not able to accommodate my reservation to just one room and credit for another occasion. The bad part of this hotel is that is has a lot of humidity in the bathrooms and has some mold, also strong smell of sewers, and bathroom fixtures quality is bad, most of them are broken or working properly. Also, they give so much chocolates they could do fruit instead. Who could eat 10 bon bons a day!

Very professional staff made our stay enjoyable. The front desk was able to help us print out boarding passes for an upcoming flight, when we had difficulty with understanding the Spanish instructions.

This hotel is amazing and I'm so happy we chose it. The staff is so friendly, room service is fantastic, the spa was beautiful. We even had a "bathologist" who brought us candles, bath salts, and bath oils. And we had a chauffeur pick us up from the airport in a very nice car. The bar is also so fun, we didn't try the night club but it looked beautiful from the outside. I would absolutely recommend, and I know where we'll be staying if we come back to Madrid.

Charming hotel in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area, all walking distance. The staff is wonderful and warm, especially Jose Luis at the front desk who made sure our accommodations were ready when we arrived early. A must stay!

The hotel is boutique. Offers a trendy vibe and atmosphere. The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel are amazing. We had some hiccups with the plumbing and television. We feel the hotel could have done a better job of trying to accommodate for those issues. There are other 5 star hotels in Madrid for better value but still excellent locations and a unique stay.

We could not have had a better stay
Room 215 with a jacuzzi deck + different dining table deck. We basically felt we were 'in residence' not a hotel. Go to Mercado de la Paz (5min walk) to gather up goddies n have a private picnic. Nearby Amazonica a fun restaurant and open late bar downstairs. La Trainera great seafood.

Solid hotel. Enjoyed my stay
Great hotel. Service was top tier. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve experienced. And loved the facilities (Jacuzzi) Would definitely go back. The only 2 slight negatives for me was the price of the food. €26 for a club sandwich is steep and choice is pretty limited I thought. The other is the area, I personally prefer the Cheuco area of Madrid rather than the location of the Bless Hotel but everything is in walking distance so wasn’t the end of the world.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before. The property is in a great location but post Covid, the restaurant changed and it’s terrible and the staff is indifferent and their housekeeping took my personal hair towel and put in zero effort to return it. I was very disappointed
