Hotel was conveniently situated short walk from Metro station and Bernabeu but the area around it was scruffy with homeless sleeping just down from the hotel entrance and broken paving slabs outside the hotel. Beggar came into hotel bar whilst we were eating and drinking one night asking for money.

Can smoke Cigars and cigarettes on the terrace restaurant. The top pool place you may be able to smoke but you need to bring your own ashtray. Overall it is cigar friendly.

The only issue is they ask for charge 20€/hour when we ask for late check out and it is only until 2 pm so we have to pay 40€ and check out at 2 insted of 12 noon

Good but not if you are travelling with a car.
This hotel is really nice and modern, breakfast was decent, not the best I have had but good, I would just advise you to stay well clear of this hotel if you are travelling with a car, parking is one of the most complicated things I have ever done in my entire life, the staff tried to be helpful but only gave half the instructions needed in order to make it more seamless, and finding the machine to validate your parking after paying reception was another task in itself, and please note the hotel charge 3x more than what you would pay if you download the parking company app.

I have to say the staff where absolutely amazing. The front desk was super friendly. I'd like to also say that Sergio by the pool was super helpful. Jeronimo and Mishel on the mezzanine and Danny and Carlos on the main bar made me feel right at home while in Madrid all the way from Canada. It was so good to feel at "home" during my stay. This was a great hotel all around. The hotel was very clean and the workout room, rooftop pool, and rooftop lounge area were all well-maintained and top of the line. The location was very close to Real Madrids stadium for a match and short taxi/long walk away from all the major sites. Would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay

My personal bag containing my laptop was stolen from from within the hotel lobby, despite being in a group of 4 and with our belongings close to us. I had to raise mt voice to the staff ar the check in counter for them to do anything. Two CCTV cameras were above us, so i asked if they could check the footage but they said by law they couldn’t, i had to make a police report, and then the police would view the footage. The address of the police the staff had given me was not correct, so i had to walk to the main police station to lodge a report. From the apathy of the staff, it makes one think robberies in this hotel lobby, or hotel lobbies in general, is common. Some areas around the hotel are questionable, so i would recommend guarding your valuables carefully, also because this hotel doesnt have any guard/personnel at the entrance unlike another i stayed in.

Had a fantastic stay. The exterior of the building has ‘character’ but the interior has been beautifully designed and is very slick and stylish. Rooms were fantastic. Bar and restaurant excellent and the Planta Z terrace is amazing on sunny days and warm evenings. Rooftop pool and area was closed for the season when we visited but looked fantastic. Staff wonderful. Perfect for Santiago Bernabéu and surrounding neighbourhood good, lots of good restaurants south of the stadium and nice residential neighbourhoods north of the stadium. Metro super close and quick into Centro, so while we wished we were a little closer it’s still a great base to explore the whole city. Loved it!

Overall an excellent hotel, with good service and excellent facilities. Unfortunately we had issues with the electrics in our room - phone charging points not working and light switches wired incorrectly. We reported the issue but it was not fixed and no gesture of goodwill offered. Would stay again but a tad disappointed.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are modern and very clean. Unlimited filtered drinking water on each floor was fantastic. Excellent gym. Can´t fault it. Will definitely stay again.

Very classy hotel. Everything was amazing. Area outside the hotel seems very empty but that is not their fault. They are amazing!
