I had an appointment at the Hall of Justice on the 11th. This location is across the street from the Hall of Justice. This was my 3rd stay at this hotel.
Photos of the place is deceiving in the website, has bedbugs, molds in the aircon, the room smelled odor masking chemical that as soon as you step inside the room you have to step out immediately because of the smell, have to wear a mask while sleeping on our first night. The front of the building is a busy street with lots of vendors and dirty surroundings Why would Expedia even recommend this place?
Despite the listing for a restaurant and laundry there was none. Free breakfast was cold eggs and cold toast. Furniture was well worn. Lighting was poor.
Why would Expedia list such a crappy place?
The booking listed a restaurant, laundry facilities and convenience store. It had none of these. The free breakfast was delivered between 7:am and 7:30. It was always cold eggs and toast. Lights in room were dim or flickering. No hot water in shower on one morning. No handrails on steps. No apologies from management about their dishonest listing.
good place to stay, safe and not so crowded place to stay. near to many food stalls and malls.

No signal of Wifi in the room. There should be sinal of the wifi in all the rooms.

We have to pay 195 for our breakfast. I thought that since we pay a substantial amount breakfast is free like most hotels including Fersal Malakas!

Me and my family looks for a place that was convenient for us everytime we visits Quezon Mem Circle & Wildlife Park and at last we found Fersal Hotel that meets our expectations. It is clean & comfy! We didn’t see cockroaches unlike other hotels. Fixtures at the toilet is good as there’s no leak and mostly it has bidet. Probably, we will stay in the same place when we visit Quezon City again.

Staff were very accommodating. Problem is they don't give you basic commodities after the first stay. You have to ask for it. That get old for a while. Eating places just around the corner. Theres a grocery store nearby so if you forgot some basic things you can easily buy them.

Location is good: walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, hospital, and starbucks. Employees were courteous and helpful. Airport shuttle was definitely a plus.

I recommend this hotel because overall it was great. But our 2nd floor room facing the main road (front) was really noisy with traffic all night. Had to sleep with TV on to drown it out. Maybe they have rooms facing a different side.
