“Grate Hotel”
Just to go there as a kid. It is just as I remember it beautiful decoration and excellent service have not lost the touch.
“Nice hotel by US Embassy”
Nice hotel and will come back if come to mexico again
“Can't wait to go back”
Extremely satisfied w/facilities, staff and surrounding. This has alwas been a favorite hotel for me.
“Wonderfull time in Mexico”
Is a good location and easy to go to museums, restaurants and night life from here.
“Nice hotel”
Rooms a little small
“Very Impressed except one issue”
I was most impressed by the quality of the Front desk service and their friendly and helpful attitude. The only challenge I had was with the price of the hotel they wanted to charge an additional cost to use the gym. This will be the only reason I might not come back to this hotel again. They also charge for Internet access so as business traveler they are getting like the airlines nickel and dimeing us to death for the little things. The staff at the hotel was great and friendly and the convenience to outside food and restaurants is great.
“Keep coming back!”
All employees in this hotel are great! Love the mexican bar with the Mariachi, just make sure you tell the front door person you are a guest of hotel or will charge you cover (double check your receipt before you leave to ensure you weren't charged). This time our room was too small and view was the back street but still comfortable.
“Good alternatives are very useful to have.”
My stay at the Sheraton Maria Isabel was very satisfying and comfortable.
“Good hotel to stay in Mexico”
We appreciate the quality of service and the location on Paseo de la Reforma. The service was verry friendly at the hotel and the restaurant. From the hotel we had facility all around: stores, museums, touribus, restaurants and bars.
“Sheraton María Isabel”
This is a great hotel, especially for business travelers. It has a great location on Avenida Reforma next to the American Embassy and the Angel de Independencia, which makes it convenient to most important business areas in the central part of the city. It is very popular among American business people. There is a nice coffee shop and a Starbucks on the first floor, a large and comfortable bar area on the mezzanine, and a nice Italian restaurant on the second floor. There are plenty of other restaurants in the Zona Rosa on the other side of Reforma, but be aware that the area can be a little seedy, especially at night. Keep in mind that the hotel's private taxi service is secure but expensive. If you need cheaper transportation, ask where you can find a nearby Sitio (CTO) where secure taxis can be hired. Flag a taxi on the street at your own risk.
