"Nice, clean property with air conditioned rooms. Very comfortable and a nice view of the lake. My only comment is that is it not close to many restaurants, but this is no issue if you have your own car."

"Le personnel est tres agréable, la localisation super. Par contre, la vmc ne semble pas etre efficace, ni nettoyée car on y voit plein de la moissisure. Odeur de rance. Dans les toilettes fortes odeurs. Les allergies sont ressorties. Eclairage trop faible dans la cuisine. On n'y voit rien le soir. Pour ma reservation "2 chambres 3 personnes", il y avait 1 seule chambre et le canapé convertible avec un matelas fin. "

"Absolutely adored the quietness of the area, even if the hotel was full, the pool area was quiet. Likes the option to have meals on the patio. The lakes offer many options plus have great beaches that do not get overcrowded. Great staff also at the hotel. Very friendly and caring. "

"The location is good however the place is in very poor condition. Everything is very old and run down. The selection for breakfast is poor. Our stay was way over priced for what we got. They don’t clean the rooms or leave any cleaning products. They don’t give you pool towels. The common areas are old and dirty. Overall is is very expensive for what you get."

"Studio was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom clean, shower good with lots of hot water. Pool area lovely, lots of sun loungers. The area outside the studios looks very desolate and not well maintained, this may be due to the location - we were on the sea side of the complex which is across the road from the main facilities and the pool area which is the forest side. Signage to get there very poor (Google maps takes you to the locked sea side location, the reception is across the...

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour , l’emplacement est idéal au bord de la plage et à côté des rues piétonnes de Mimizan plage. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très bien , complet salée , sucré avec des produits locaux . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ."
