"The hotel is about 500 mtrs to then Airport. So, walkable in fine weather. Wet weather or heavy luggage may be an issue consider and obtaining taxis could be difficult. My selection of 3K was primarily driven by an early take-off time and I had good weather."

"The rooftop was great with fab views of the harbour and breakfast was good. The room was basic but comfortable. The pool is quite small and can get a little overcrowded. Excellent spot for visiting Faro. Don’t miss the boat trip on the Ria Formosa. Really worth visiting ."

"Advertised as having a private beach but there is no access to the beach. I thought it was storm damage but I was told there was never a private beach with assess. Otherwise beautiful hotel. And the pool was delightful but no useable beach,"

"Third family holiday to the Jupiter, lots of reasons for us to keep returning. We had another amazing stay. Very clean. Great variety of food for all meals in all inclusive. The kids entertainment team are incredible although could probably do a great deal more with a bit more budget. My little one loved it again(4 years old). The pool is a little cold but it was 30C everyday so no big deal. It's a place to feel comfortable with young children and their needs (noise/mess/understanding) one of the main reasons we come back repeatedly. The bar teams are super friendly and helpful and all the staff in all areas go above and beyond if you ask for anything. Really nice atmosphere throughout the resort and by the pools. There is a 'noisy/party' pool with games and entertainment and a quiet pool on the other side of the resort. The spa offers very good and reasonably priced treatments (had a hot stone massage and was great). It's not for people without kids looking for a quiet/relaxing holiday (heard people complaining about this which blows my mind when they make it very clear it's a family resort). Fun mini waterpark. There is a beach about 15 minutes walk away and a variety of good restaurants nearby. Many beaches slightly further including Falesia and a free shuttle to the old town which is lovely but crazy come the evening and best avoided with young children come Friday/saturday. Just working out when to book our next trip at the airport flying home. Thanks Jupiter!"
