The Casablanca hotel is all you would hope for in a New York hotel. The hotel lobby is inviting, the room very clean with a comfortable bed, and a nicely appointed bathroom. The hotel staff is very friendly & all of them are more than willing to help with any questions/needs one has about New York. The service here is absolutely wonderful. Also, the hotel is very close (only steps away) from the heart of Times Square & within walking distance of most of the theaters. Taxi's & the subway are also easily accessed from this hotel which is convenient if one does not have a car. I do not recommend driving in New York unless you want to spend most of your time stuck in impossible traffic. You will be much happier with taxi's & using the subway. Anyway, this hotel is a safe choice in one wishes to stay in New York near Times Square and/or the theater district.

I must have been lucky with the new hotel as I was able to check in quite early in the morning, that along with the 24/7 access to onsite washing machine and dryer was a real bonus. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and always had a 'good morning' or 'have a nice day' to offer, which was very nice in a city that's so busy.
Only being open for two weeks, the room was of course very clean and nice to stay in, however it was a lot smaller than expected. I don't expect a huge room but it would be nice to have a little more roo, to at least walk around the bed properly. There's no real room for luggage to be kept outside of the wardrobe, which again doesn't have enough room for a suitcase.
The only other issue to note was a loud banging noise that occurred every time the air con stopped running, which if you've woken during the night is not so pleasant. It can't be said that this came from works on the street since I was on the 34th floor, and it sounded as if it came from directly outside of the room.
Location wise, this place is great. Turn the corner for Times Square, or you have access to a subway stop right on the corner.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people, just don't have expectations of a large room, and take some earplugs just in case. Probably not the best for family groups.

We loved the Premier Hotel in NYC. Staff were all polite, helpful, and eager to help. Room was big by NYC standards, bed was soooooooooo comfy. the Breakfast and Happy Hour were much appreciated. It was quiet, yet in the middle of everything. Short walk to everything. We would stay again. We appreciated that the hotel was not huge, but accommodated anything we needed.

Very convenient location steps from the Port Authority bus terminal and right across from BB Kings. Staff were very friendly and I was able to get my room early and have a slightly late check out. Very quiet room. Highly recommend
Stayed at this hotel in September 2014 for 4 nights. Best place I have ever stayed can find no fault at all and location was perfect 2 mins from Times Square. Would recommend staying here to anyone . Fantastic.
