"Very disappointing stay.
We chose this hotel partly because breakfast was included, but the breakfast selection was extremely limited. The only options available were waffles, bread, cereal, and yogurt. The breakfast area was overcrowded, and food ran out quickly. During our visit, there was no bread available, and it was not being replenished.
We spoke with the front desk employee, who explained that he was the only staff member working at the time and could not leave the desk to restock the breakfast area. Unfortunately, this left guests without assistance and unable to enjoy the breakfast that was included in the price of the stay.
Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the property, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Overall, the lack of staff, poor breakfast service, and uncomfortable environment made this a disappointing stay.
I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."
