The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way so no privacy in the bathroom. There were stains on the towels and washcloths. The paint was peeling off the walls. Dirt was accumulating in corners. The shower barely had any water pressure it was so clogged up. People were yelling and making noises at all hours of the night. We could hear the ladies next to us talking like they were in the room with us. Breakfast was only toast, ego waffles, and 2 types of cereal. People were fighting and yelling in the lobby when I arrived, and neither the security guard or the staff person at the desk did anything to remove them. I stood there for 5 minutes because the staff person just wanted to watch the fight instead of help me check in. Also, we put a “do not disturb” sign on our door when we left but housekeeping still came into our room. I will never stay here again and do not recommend it!

The hotel had no hot water in the morning. It was super dirty. The sheets and the towels were stained. Never go to this hotel.

This was the worst experience we've ever had in a "Wyndham" hotel. It was around 10pm when we got there, very tired with our kids, there were weird people around the parking lot and in front of the room's doors, a drunk guy was seated in front of the office. We felt very unsafe. The room was very old, the bed sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty. There were only two towels for 4 people, when I asked the staff foe more towels, she said I shoul go get them on the front office myself. The towels had other person's hair on it. We decided to check out next morning and go to another hotel because this place is not good for family with kids. We asked to be reimbursed the second day and they alleged the room was fine so they wouldn't give the money back. Terrible experience!!!!!!!

Cleaning staff never changed out empty tissue box even though we put the empty box iin the sink for them to see. Beds and pillows were super hard. Very uncomfortable for sleeping. 2nd night tv went out and never came back on. Door looked like ut had been jimmied and extra locj in doir did't hold in place. No drawers to put clothes in.

First it did not look as the photos on the website. The room smelled so bad of old cig. It looked so dirty i didnt want to touch anything. No pillows just blankets stuffed in pillowcase. We saw people doing some very shady stuff at the pool. We felt so unsafe we left after an hour in the room. Nope, never again.

The property on first glance looked good until we saw the homeless person walking through, we almost left at this point. The upon entering the room everything appeared okay, however in the AM getting ready for the day we noticed no bath towels. The floor was filthy. It was loud all night with who knows what is going on. One final note, we had requested a handicapped room on the first floor and paid more for it and that was ignored. Whyndam should not put their names on hotels/motels if they are not going to live up to the standards of being clean and safe.

The location was close to where I wanted to be. But, getting to the place from north Orange Blossom was a challenge with interstate I-4 exit being right there. There were sketchy people in the hotel and a couple was sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. I heard doors slamming all night. Hotel needs serious remodeling. I would not recommend this to families that have small children, or solo women.

Needs to be updated.
This hotel was booked last minute and looked decent from the pictures. The hotel attendant that checked us in was it’s only saving grace he was very nice and accommodating considering it was 2 am when we arrived. The room was very very outdated. The desk chair needs to be thrown out the leather was over worn. The toilet paper holder was rusted, the floor lamp in the room as well was old and rusty. The bathroom was whatever exist between surface clean and bearable. I will say it didn’t appear super dirty, there was a strong bleach smell when we opened the door. However, I would not recommend this place for longer than a night in a pinch.

Noise and disturbance
Checking in and out was easy the staff was nice. The main issue of my stay was that the room next to mine kept me and my family up half the night with loud music and voices cursing and banging on things. I tried to call the main office to see if I can change my room but no one answered. I was also concerned because the people in that room kept trying to open the adjoining door between our rooms and I wasn’t able to sleep until 5am.
