Hotel was only a five minute walk from the station. Area was nice and quiet. Hotel was clean and amenities near the front desk. Room was good for two, but a little small, more like a boutique room. The bed was a little hard but I dealt with it. Only stayed in the room to sleep.

The Hearton hotel is a great option for Ōsaka as it is a very comfortable and affordable hotel with super nice staff and amenities. It is very close to numerous restaurants and the Osaka Train station.

Great location. Smelly room.
Location was brilliant. So convenient to metro. The staff were very nice. Unfortunately our room smelled bad and they were unable to find us another room.

Average hotel in Osaka, 5 minutes walk from Umeda station. It is in a very convenient location. The hotel room is tiny but it is ok for one or few nights.

Family friendly hotel
We had a lovely stay at this hotel for six nights. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We stayed with our 4 year old and had breakfast every morning. There was a wide selection of asian food which was delicious but not much in terms of western food. Although it is a 10-15 minutes walk to the train station, it is only a 7 minute walk to Canal City where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. There are two 7 11 outside the hotel which is great for anything you forget to bring with you. Would stay again next time we go Fukuoka.

Nice hotel and good selection at breakfast buffet. Close to station and food. Only a short overnight stay for us but it did the job. Hotel room was tiny, had to put suitcase in front of the door. Beds were alright but also small, pillows could be better.

Good transportation
Everything are good .So easy to fine the hotel .Walk from hotel about 5 mins a lot of resterant around. In room sholud be have more Air flow they have Air Purifier also.

Convenient and clean hotel
The hotel is only 15 minutes walk to Umeda Station, if you need to catch the early moring flight, you better catch the limousine bus, it's only 10 minutes walk to the bus depot. Very handy location, a lot of restaurant around the hotel, definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is new and clean, centrally located but a little far away from Umeda station which takes around 10 mins walk for this, and quite hard to walk if need to take lots of luggage you. However, the price offered by the hotel totally compensate the short distance walk

Nice clean Japanese hotel. Don't expect a big room but everything is there and tidy. Close to department stores, trains, subway all sorts of food and nifty area around hotel

This is a nice BUSINESS hotel. It's new and clean, but sooo SMALL. Since I stayed with my family, I wished our room could've had more room. But again, it was clean, and nice enough. The breakfast was good enough. Not fancy, but good selections. The location was much better than I had thought. It's very close to the Umeda downtown, starbucks, and othe coffee houses. There are at least two convenience stores nearby: Family Mart & Seven Eleven (two minute walk). In sum, good business hotel but small

Hotel is walking distance from Osaka Station. The room is very clean but quite small. We had 2 suit cases & could barely move around the room. The staff spoke very little english however they were keen to help. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We will stay here again with smaller luggages in the future :)

Rooms are a bit small but I suspect that's pretty much expected in Japan. Nevertheless it has all the required amenities and toiletries. Breakfast has both Japanese and Western selections but it was a bit repetitive with pretty much the same choices day after day. The location was fantastic: across the street from the airport limousine stop, 2 min walk from the subway station, and close to the Osaka train station which was very convenient especially if you want to travel to places like Kyoto. There are a lot of great restaurants and fantastic shopping around the area but the hotel is in a quiet street so it offers the best of both worlds. I thought the hotel was great value for money and would definitely stay there again.

Quite area 10 min walk to umeda
Small room for twin bed, little walking space with big luggages, small bathroom. Breskfast at 1000 yen is reasonable. Take the jr haruka train to shin osaka station and transfer to midosuji subway line to nakatsu station exit 4. Quite area, not easy to locate. During winter, its harder to walk with big bags.

Great place for a short stay
A two night stay on a side trip from Tokyo. The standard room is small but perfectly adequate if you are travelling light. The room has a fabulous aircon unit which makes it comfortable in all seasons. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It's an easy walk from Umeda centre
