"Our family experience went well. The hotel was too crowded at night, the area of the elevators and corridors for the rooms smelled a lot of cigarettes and other unpleasant smells. In the three days we were there was always the same very intense smell. The pool and the river were dirty, we never saw anyone cleaning the leaves that were there or the soil they had at the bottom of the pools. They should have more entertainment for children, otherwise everything is fine."
