"The room was good but The ac was loud and the shower never really got that hot. We had breakfast at the restaurant and was not worth the price. We also experienced the hibachi grill. Our reservation was at 6pm. Got seated on time. Then we waited an hour for the chef to come to our table. Was not worth the money. We were also woken up at 8am by the housekeeping knocking to see if our room was vacant even though checkout is 11am. Probably won’t stay here again"

"This hotel presents well, at first, with a clean modern look, ample space in an attractive lobby, and a large, clean room. The price was too high. Every hotel chain has to balance the high profits they want against comfort and benefits for people staying there. Here, the balance clearly is biased toward profits. It does very little to make people feel at home. Some hotels clearly display information about the locality, restaurants and attractions. I had to ask at the desk, just to receive an unreadable, condensed single page "reference" to local restaurants. For the price, there should be a local shuttle--there is none. The room, while large and clean, was apparently furnished by some "designer" that had no feel for home. There are no towel racks in the bathroom. There needs to be another bench to place a suitcase at arrival for two occupants--the space exists. There are no hangers in the closet. There are cabinets that look ok, but no handles for the doors and they slam shut every time used, unless you pay extra attention to avoid--not good, nobody does that. The lighting is bad. There is no mirror in the room. The bathroom mirror is unusable for makeup or shaving, unless you bring your own, extra light; the light there is very weak. The television has very minimum programming. This hotel is clearly and intentionally designed to maximize profits, while providing the minimum experience for residents. It is a place to stay, but should be better."
