Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

"This is a very honest review. Travelled with my family (wife and 2 kids) from June 2nd to the 9th. Ok, so when we first checked in, mind you we have a stroller and a 1 year old and 4 year old. The guys at the front escorted us to our building via golf cart and when we get to the building, we learn the elevator is out of order. The staff got everything up there which was nice of him , but once we got in, my kids are loose in the room exploring. I got the 2,000 sq foot room only to learn it’s two separate rooms (connecting) , whatever , wasn’t advertised like that. Anyway, at the connecting doors / opening , it was all wet fresh paint, my kids hands all got paint on them, the room had dry wall pieces all over the room it was just a mess. I went back to the concierge and they said they would switch our rooms. Ok so the hotel is very dated and a lot of wear and the rooms need full Reno’s as there’s lots of visible damage. The service is 10/10 The food is decent , but we went out for dinners after the 2nd night as I couldn’t eat the hotel food anymore besides for breakfast, my kids enjoyed breakfast and lunch. The coffee bar there is 100/10 The beach / lagoon area is horrible, seaweed was bad , and it stunk up like crazy. Not their fault but our experience was 0/10 at the “lagoon” Vibe city broke up the day (kids play area / trampoline / arcade / bowling) I will not be going back to hard rock ever again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente experiencia en Hotel Xcaret México Nuestra estadía en Hotel Xcaret fue espectacular. Todo incluido de primer nivel, excelente comida, instalaciones impecables, transporte muy bien organizado y un servicio excepcional por parte de todo el personal. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y con vistas impresionantes. Los parques y actividades incluidas hacen que la experiencia sea única para toda la familia. Como único comentario de mejora, en el área del Kids Club "Chiquillos" sería conveniente revisar y reparar el techo de guano, ya que observamos algunos orificios que podrían requerir mantenimiento. Fuera de ese pequeño detalle, todo fue excelente. Sin duda regresaremos y lo recomendamos ampliamente para familias que buscan unas vacaciones inolvidables. 🌴☀️🏖️"

"El room Services es 24 horas y muy atentos en todo momento. Hay información en cada edificio de habitaciones. El complejo lo mantienen todo el día muy limpio y recogido. Todos los servicios gastronómicos están muy bien atendidos y todo el tiempo están surtiendo. Las piscinas siempre limpias. El equipos de recreación siempre atentos. Y lo más interesante e increíble es como mantienen el sistema ecológico tan cuidado."

"I went for 6 days and had an amazing experience! The staff is wonderful!!! I really enjoyed the activities at the activities pool. I stayed in a first level room with the swim up pool, which was wonderful. I was in a preferred room which included room service and had a concierge on site. The resort itself is beautiful, about 1.5 hours away from Cancun airport. I personally did not love the food for dinner at the restaurants, which I kind of expected from an all-inclusive. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. They do have daily events at the resort which included food options, such as burgers, quesadillas, etc. made fresh on the grill outside, those options were great. Overall, I would recommend this resort, very beautiful with wonderful staff."
