Air con cannot be controlled within the room which was disappointing and somewhat annoying. This made the experience a below average stay. Staff were nice and helpful but are let down by the facility.

The staff were always helpful, but the cleaners are awful. There were used tissues left there from how long ago and even adter getting our room serviced the filthy tissues remained.

The staff were lovely and the location was fantastic. The air vents were very loud and the stand by light of the TV is extremely bright, so it was difficult to sleep.

Hotel in a great neighborhood easy to find shopping and dining light rail train stop is one block away. Central station is 10 minutes walk.
