Even though it had a very good parking it was difficult to find in google maps. Had to struggle to come into the Parking. Apart from that the hotel was wonderful for iur stay

Lovely ambience. Great dining, eatery next to hotel. Huge parking area. Though far from city but public transport in qalkable dostance from hotel.

Stayed here for New year and it was lovely. Fanstatic helpful staff and dining options were great with the west hq across the hotel. Was slightly out of the city centre but wasnt a problem. We just travelled by train in to sydeny harbout. All in all great hotel and experience. Recommend if you want soemthing outsode of the ciry area that includes entertainment including bowling, gaming and restaurants.

This is my 2nd stay here and although the room wasnt quite ready on our arrival the receptionist did her best to get it ready. Once in the room, it was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great as always.

Room was of a great size, bathroom included. Great buffet breakfast. Full Foxtel available- great for kids. Staff very accommodating. Question though- gym is advertised on site- where is it?

Plenty of space in the apartment, loved the shower & the smaell of the shampoo etc, and the bed....oh my - loved it, soft and so comfortable, this made the trip a relaxation hoilday. looking forward to staying again.

Great room.. Great location. Only problem, if I had to pick one, was that the room was very big, and the TV on the wall was only a little bit bigger than a microwave.. Otherwise it's a great hotel. Would stay there again!
