Have used this hotel several times in the last two years, initially I chose it because it was a convenient stop on my way from Scotland to Hampshire and because they accept animals at a very reasonable fee (I have a 2 year old Golden Retriever). I have always had excellent service the restaurant is good and the rooms comfortable and clean.
Arrived on the Saturday evening, check in was quick, staff could not be more helpful, the room was
clean, bed was comfortable
Unlike a previous customer could not fault the cleaniless of our bathroom or the room itself.
I will certainly use it again next trip.
"Really nice hotel, easy to find, facilities good"
Overnight spa visit with daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday. Facilities excellent, clean, plenty of staff around. All staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. Room very comfortable, clean and well made up.
Treatments were excellent - liked the idea that guests requests are listened to....(GHDs in the ladies changing rooms)!
We had breakfast and afternoon tea, but chose to eat dinner in local pub as food a little expensive.
Had to been to pub before so new it was good.
A very comfortable short stay. Made to feel very welcome. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy, the furnishing were very new and plush making a very comfortable room. Nice large bathroom
with plenty of hot water. Wedding party taking place but we were not disturbed.
