My kids and I enjoyed this hotel. There were a few things I noticed that I did not like as well. Our room looked clean but I noticed some hair in the sink and bathtub when we arrived. I also noticed lots of hair and the floor around the pool looked very dirty. The pool was also very cold. The breakfast was awesome and I enjoyed the complementary happy hour. I prepaid for the room and then was charged for incidentals that we didn’t use (waiting for that refund now) and then for the valet parking. The room was nicely decorated and looked modern and we enjoyed the stay.

I wish the pool was bigger or had a hot tub as well. Breakfast was good but would have been even better with a dairy free milk option. The location was great and the beds were very comfortable.

I requested an extra blanket and was told that it would be right up. That was at 10:30 pm. We stayed up waiting for it and it did not arrive. After calling multiple times, it still did not arrive. The next day, we went to the desk and again were told that the blanket was on its way up. After 3 more hours (24 hours total at this point), I only received a blanket after insisting on staying at the desk to carry it up myself. This was extremely disappointing.
