"This little gem of a house was absolutely perfect! The house was so close to the beach and to all the places we needed to go. We were visiting from Indiana to attend my son and his wife’s baby shower! The hosts had little snacks, coffee, beach towels, etc at the ready. Everything was so clean and comfortable! "Honestly everything went super well the only reason I'm not writing five stars is because we didn't have an incident where they put us in a room with no air conditioner and we had to move rooms and the pool was closed one day for maintenance but we didn't know about it ahead of time. They're also a couple of times where we were given key cards that didn't work so we had to go switch them out. We also didn't have pool towels the one day that we were able to use the pool and had to wait for about an hour for extra room towels but it was incredibly busy to be fair Overall we enjoyed our stay and I love getting the suite / one bedroom as they are updated and more affordable then other hotels with similar rooms but I prefer these types of rooms as they work better for having small children. Love that we have a mostly complete kitchen only missing an oven it keeps us from spending extra money and plenty of room in the refrigerator. Overall I prefer staying here than other rooms in the area which I do stay in frequently also."

"I booked this room for five nights after the 8.0 rating on Hotels.com. This hotel deserves a 1.0 rating or less. It is filthy and needs to be torn down. The hallways and rooms are heavily stained and smell so bad. The shower was filled with mold and held water. I felt like I needed shower shoes. The shower door did not close fully. The housekeeper did not replace the shampoo or coffee daily and did not make the bed daily. The couch and carpet had huge white stains and smelt horribly. The window in my bedroom was cracked from top to bottom. I made the front desk aware on day 2 and they did nothing except offer some additional shampoo. The breakfast bar was also very disappointing as they had no coffee on two of my five nights. They had dry cereal but the only milk was the creamer which was ironic since there was no coffee. There was no fresh fruit."

"Hotel Indigo was perfect for a stopover in Baltimore. The hotel was exceptionally well maintained, the room was great and it had a comfortable bed. We chose to park in the multi-storey carpark which was conveniently located directly opposite the hotel ($15 for 24 hours). Best of all was Kim on reception. She welcomed us warmly, was exceptionally helpful and she was full of the best tips for enjoying the city and its restaurants. Thanks to Kim for making our short stay so special. I’d choose to stay at the Hotel Indigo again without hesitation."
