Property requires a $100 security deposit on top of the rental rates. This is NOT shown on Expedia's website. On the good side, the receptionist promptly checked my room upon checking out and promptly return the $100 deposit. It was so prompt that the deposit and return never showed up on my credit card. Expedia needs to include information for every lodging requiring a security deposit.
One of the lights wasn't working but the receptionist promptly fixed this.
The room was adequate for what I needed *comfortable bed) and the property's location is very close to the I-70 interchange.
Two big minuses stood out: 1) the bathroom is shower only; no bath tub. 2) No carpeting (I'm not big on cold tiled floors!).
I most likely won't stay at this place again should I need to stay overnight in the Denver area. The customer service by the receptionists offsets the inconvenience of the $100 security deposit.
