Todo incluido de primer nivel, excelente comida, instalaciones impecables, transporte muy bien organizado y un servicio excepcional por parte de todo el personal. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y con vistas impresionantes. Los parques y actividades incluidas hacen que la experiencia sea única para toda la familia. Como único comentario de mejora, en el área del Kids Club "Chiquillos" sería conveniente revisar y reparar el techo de guano, ya que observamos algunos orificios que podrían requerir mantenimiento. Fuera de ese pequeño detalle, todo fue excelente. Sin duda regresaremos y lo recomendamos ampliamente para familias que buscan unas vacaciones inolvidables. 🌴☀️🏖️"

"El room Services es 24 horas y muy atentos en todo momento. Hay información en cada edificio de habitaciones. El complejo lo mantienen todo el día muy limpio y recogido. Todos los servicios gastronómicos están muy bien atendidos y todo el tiempo están surtiendo. Las piscinas siempre limpias. El equipos de recreación siempre atentos. Y lo más interesante e increíble es como mantienen el sistema ecológico tan cuidado."

"Absolutely beautiful place, service is on top!!! Great pools, especially Family Selection, where you can find spf cream, body lotion and anti mosquito cream. What was very helpful for us! In the room’s bathroom you can find L'OCCITANE cosmetics which is perfect for body and hair. We had two birthdays during the stay and the room was decorated two times for us! The food was delicious There were real flowers in each bathroom, not artificial flowers, which I loved! Only one IMPORTANT thing… watch for see grass seasons before coming! Highly recommend this resort!"

"Property is okay, could use a little update in the rooms, the restaurants are good, food is great, pools needs more attention, some of the seats around the bar needs repair, drinks are okay, maybe use some real fruit syrup would give them a plus. We had fun, the only downside is, I know they have to sell, but it gets annoying been bother the whole time there, they even call your room to try to get you to buy the timeshare, they need to remember that we are there to have fun and enjoy our vacation, if that's too much time ask ."

"Toda una grata experiencia, empeznado por el recibimiento, continuando por el hospedaje, hasta el check out. La comida en todos los restaurantes, incluyendo el room service; increible. Las bebidas increible, todos te tratan muy bien y te ayudan con cualquier duda que tengas. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir y hospedarse, haganlo. Mi unica recomendacion es que durante su estadia no hagan reservaciones a parques lejos como Xelha o Xoximilco, tour a xenotes o isla mujeres ya que te toma bastantes horas en el dia. En cambio Parque Xcaret, Xplor o Xenses estan ahi cerca y puedes ir y regresarte al hotel facilmente con el transporte que pasa cada 20 minutos. No olviden hacer su reservaciones a los restaurantes del hotel con tiempo. Saludos"

"I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews I came across on this website. This has truly been the best vacation I’ve ever had. The people, the food, the resort everything was impeccable and absolutely amazing. It was a lot, a lot of sargassum in the beach but to be honest it didn't bother me because everything else was AMAZING! My son’s 10th birthday was honestly the best trip of his life, and I say that as someone who has traveled quite a bit. They made his birthday so special that it’s something I will always remember. I love Mexico this was my first time visiting, and I will definitely be coming back again. I’ve already told all my friends about this place because it really is incredible. Thank you so much for everything!"

One thing that really stood out was how clean and well maintained the entire property was. The rooms, pools, restaurants, and common areas were spotless and clearly cared for with great attention to detail.
