Amazing location ! Beautiful interior. The exterior was being renovated, so it was understandably a little in a disarray. My family ( all women ) felt extremely safe in and around this hotel. From the moment we arrived we loved it. The doorman was extremely kind and the lovely young lady at check in was so helpful and pleasant. I believe her name is Sabine… but I could be wrong. They set up the sofa bed for our toddler without us even asking. It was such a nice surprise. The view was spectacular! Waking up to Eiffel Tower views was amazing… having coffee on the balcony was even better.

Just got back from our stay. Went for my anniversary. Was no customer service and I paid a big price for little care and understanding. Staff couldn’t be bothered, ended up paying being overpriced and overlooked. Then they wanted me to paid more for a room set up which was £280 on top of my bill for the room I already paid for. Outside was stunning perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Was impressed. Part from that was left disappointed and heartbroken, for what was meant to be an unforgettable experience between me and my girlfriend. The French was rude and didn’t like the English ! Little fogs don’t stop at the Pullman hotel again !!!!!! Unless your a millionaire and a walk over

The staff were very professional with a lovely attitude.. a special mention for celine in the breakfast restaurant who made our trip special by making sure we were attended to by the other special attendants.. lovely stay alround ... check in was quick and easy and the rooms were spacious and very clean.. i highly recommend this great hotel
