Hotel St Francis is one of the reasons my trip to Santa Fe was unforgettable! The staff was welcoming, and they recommended several places to eat and activities/places to visit. The property was absolutely charming and set the Santa Fe “vibe. “ My room was clean and well equipped, and the lobby and porch areas were immaculately clean as well. The location was perfect for the downtown/plaza area. I highly recommend this property.

Hotel St. Francis is well situated in Santa Fe with a great aesthetic. The evening staff, led by Gabe at check in was excellent. The day staff was rude and dismissive; it was a bizarre contrast of experiences. The room itself was well enough appointed. Clean with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was not reliable, and opening windows led to moths in the room. There was also an amenities charge of $30 per day but the only amenities I received was bottled water, and parking was extra. The bar is cool, food limited. Value was fair but you can probably do just as well if not better, elsewhere.

Simply lovely hotel just steps off the plaza. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. They have a wine tasting room and a separate bar. The bar staff were busy but still so friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our room and when there were people in the hallway talking loudly at 7am with one person even yelling, I texted the desk to request help and the group immediately stopped. We really enjoyed our stay celebrating our 20th anniversary and would definitely stay again!

The $30 incidental fee is ridiculous. You have to go to the offsite properties in order to use the gym the pool and the hot tub. They have a bar there, but there is no breakfast. I probably won't stay there again. The room was nice and clean and the front desk person was great.
