We sleep at the hotel when we visit NYC. This hotel was clean, had what we needed and was within walking distance to Newark Penn Station to catch the PATH train each day. We will definitely be staying here again in June.

The area was decent that the hotel was in. Our room had a view of a river which was nice. The hotel itself was okay. The room was small, but served its purpose. They had amenities such as microwave and coffee on 11th floor. Tv options were great had lots of channels. There was construction on lower level that was off putting, but gym was still accessible. Parking was priced reasonably. Staff was kind.

The accommodations were clean and the cleaning staff were very helpful and thoughtful. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant onsite, they offer juice and coffee/tea which can be taken back to one's room. Also, there is a deli around the corner from the hotel which can be easily accessed for breakfast and from which food can be ordered for room-service for a very reasonable / inexpensive price. The hotel was chosen because it was next door to the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC). The hotel provides excellent airport shuttle and Penn Station NJ train service. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

The entire lobby and hotel reaks of weed. There was no iron or board in the room at all. The entire toilet was leaking around the bathroom. There was only one working elevator when we checked out. The key card quit working completely on day 2. However, shuttle driver is the highlight of the property !!

When we first arrived, we were given a room that smelled like smoke. It is a non-smoking Hotel. We went back down to the desk and they gave us another room. When we reached the second room, it was occupied. Went back down again this time they sent somebody up to make sure that the room was clean and unoccupied. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Dud not care for the pillows.Loved the restaurant at the hotel, Medallion. Excellent food prices were very reasonable. They had the best paella I have ever tasted . Hotel Staff was very polite and helpful even though we encountered a few bumps upon arrival.

I had to book a last-minute stay in the city, and the hotel accommodated me immediately, which I truly appreciated. The location was very convenient, especially being close to Newark Penn Station, making it easy to get around. Check-in was quick and seamless, and my room had a great view facing the city. This Hotel, was nice . Well located, close to the train station, you can get there walking, but they have shuttle to the station, it was very helpful. Clean , beautiful decoration. The only complaint that I have is that the Lady in the from desk wasn’t very helpful, don’t give much orientations, even though we ask her some questions and when she responds she at like we supposed to know the answer, she should be nice with the customers. Especially because every Hotels is different. On the contrary at the checkout, the other lady was very nice, I guess some people appreciate the fact that they have a job.

If you need reliable internet, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Also, when I asked the staff about the airport shuttle schedule, they told me it runs every half hour during the daytime. But the next morning, when I went to the front desk with my luggage, I was told I’d have to wait an hour for the next shuttle. The drivers were friendly, though.
