All the hotel stuffs are very friendly and helpful. The car we rent got problem, the receptions Primers Inn help us figure out. The room is very clean, breakfast is delicious and affordable.

a very comfortable place with pleasant staff.
We reached the hotel around 2pm. Going from USA, it was a LONG flight and we were jetlagged + very tired. The front desk staff was all smiles, pleasant, and helpful. The bellcap was cheerful and helpful too. We gave him a very nominal tip (by US standards) and he was overjoyed. The room was nice and ready for us. Very comfortable and clean. It was perfect in all aspects, for our needs. at 11:30pm I ventured into the hotel's restaurant. It was still open for dinner (till 1am) but there were no customers and staff was cleaning it and getting it ready for morning breakfast buffet. On my request she went to the kitchen and came back with some snacks and bread slices to take to my room, just in case I got hungry late at night. It was only 1 night stay so we didn't explore any of the facilities. I will happily stay there on my future AD visit!

The room that we have upon arrival was not ready as it should. It was missing towels and other stuff in the room. The housekeeping person for that day is rude and did not provide everything we need. The property in Dubai (Jadaf) and its staffs are so much better and friendly than Abu Dhabi unfortunately.

Hezel Ashour and Jazal were extremely friendly and made our experience extra special by giving us suggestions nearby and best places to see - the pool lifeguard was extremely nice and the pool was a clean positive experience when needing flexibility for check in and check out they were helpful with accommodation!

Great value
The evening reception staff and pool lifeguard were very friendly and helpful and appeared to love their jobs. One of the waiting staff was very surly and never smiled once. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but also nothing to complain about considering the price. The hotel is in the center of a business district so no walkable restaurants, however, taxis were always outside and cheap. Overall, I would stay here again.

Everything is fine with the hotel except the parking. it is open for the public and it is always full. People park there overnight and this does not leave enough space for hotel guests to park at night

As I was attending an exhibition and needed the hotel for sleeping only, everything was great especially that they offered me a late check out, the hotel is clean and it takes you three minutes walking to ADNEC, the parking is at the basement which makes it very accessible and private. Compared to the other hotels at the same area, this is the cheapest and covers all you need if luxury is not a priority.
