This fantastic 2 Bedroom Luxury Penthouse Apartment is on the front elevation facing the sea on the 5th Floor, of Terraza Del Duque. It is within a secure building with receptionist through the day and security at night. This a large Penthouse with an incredible roof terrace offering magnificent views catching the sun all day. All downstairs rooms have panoramic views of the sea, the famous Del Duque Beach is only a 5 minute walk. It is tastefully decorated throughout. The master bedroom with en suite and the second bedroom both have air conditioning. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. The kitchen is fully fitted, with annex room housing Washing Machine and Dishwasher. There is a very large balcony with dinning facilities offering again spectacular views. The lounge has large screen TV and DVD, with French Doors over looking the Bahia Del Duque. There is a heated swimming pool. The roof terrace can be used for sunbathing, dinning and cocktails.

Superb 2 bedroom apartment with an ideal 2 bathrooms to accommodate all the family. Views from terrace and roof top terrace outstanding and location within walking distance of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, car not needed. Even walking distance of Adeje centre. Sit out area and outdoor dinning area ideal. Pool short trip in lift, heated and plenty of beds. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Wonderful Holiday
We had an amazing time here. The apartment was fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice, the views are amazing and the apartment is huge and has everything you need. Just up the road from a number of bars and restaurants and just down the hill to the beach and all the other bars and restaurants. We really loved it here and will 100% be back next year. Jose and Tom were really helpful and at the end of the phone if you needed anything. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. Thank you so much x

Lovely terrace and roof terrace
We absolutely loved this apartment.It had everything we needed.So spacious and a home from home feel.The terrace and roof terrace were spectacular.The photos don't do it justice. We had the perfect view on New years eve to take in the huge amount of fireworks being let off from all the hotels.It was fantastic.

lovely 2 bed apartment 2 bathrooms penthouse apartment with all the modcons outside on two levels with sun deck ill call it accessed by spiral stair and lower sitting area with great views over el duque very peaceful and quiet with few nearby restaurants should they b required should b noted there are residents as well as holidaymakers in the building

A lovely apartment in a convenient location. A bit of a hike up the hill from the coast if you have been out for the evening but we tended to get a taxi back. Clean and well looked after. Great sun terraces with plenty of sunbeds and seating. Good communication with owner.

Great Place to Stay
Spent 10 nights at the apartment and loved it. Although we have been to the area 10 times, this is the first time we have been self catering. The apartment had everything we needed, probably the best bit for us was the large private sun terrace. The only slight negative was having to leave the apartment up a lift to get to the communal pool area. However, when we visited the pool we had it to ourselves. The apartment is in an ideal spot for the Costa Adeje, 30 minute stroll to La Caleta and its array of quality restaurants, or if you need it a bit more lively a similar stroll to Playa Las Americas. Also there is of course plenty bars & restaurants within minutes of the apartment. There is a mini supermarket on site for basic items and a bigger supermarket about 250m away. We love walking and it is possible to walk from La Caleta to Los Cristianos (around 7 miles) without nearing a road
